Squares

Made from G30 pearlitic cast iron with hardness values between 190 and 220 HB (Technical data sheet G30). All machining in relation to flatness is performed in accordance with DIN 876. The size of the T-slots may be 10 - 12 - 14 - 16 - 18 - 22 - 28 - 36 - 42 mm. H12 - H7 in compliance with DIN 650 (Flatness table - T-slots table). The squares may be manufactured with:

  • Diagonal ribs: suitable for machines performing medium to light machining work (See IMG 1)
  • Boxed ribs: suitable for medium to heavy machining work. Upper part with cap to allow for the assembly of another square, thus increasing the height.
They guarantee rigidity and stability, preventing vibration whilst medium to large pieces are being machined (See IMG 2)
  • Modular - boxed ribs: suitable for medium to heavy machining work. This structure enables considerable heights to be reached and given their composition, more squares will be available to use for further work (See IMG 3).

Piece Holder Cubes

Made from G30 pearlitic cast iron with hardness values of between 190 and 220 HB.

Available in various versions varying from one up to five sides with T-slots. These pieces have various uses: perfect for Gantry type milling machines or positioned over rotary tables with various sides for bracing the pieces (GALLERY1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5).

Plates

Made from G30 pearlitic cast iron with hardness values of between 190 and 220 HB. All machining in relation to flatness is performed in accordance with DIN 876. The size of the T-slots may be 22 - 28 mm. H12 - H7 in compliance with DIN 650 (Flatness Table - T-slots table).

Surface plates

These plates are made without T-slots and are used to check and test pieces.

Bracing plates

Used as work stations, for testing motor pumps, gears and various mechanisms or as a work surface for mobile column boring mills.

Bases

Integral part of bench mounted and mobile column milling machines.

Uppertables

Made from G30 pearlitic cast iron with hardness values of between 190 and 220 HB. All machining in relation to flatness is performed in accordance with DIN 876. The size of the T-slots may be 16 - 18 - 22 - 28 mm. H12 - H7 in compliance with DIN 650 (Flatness Table - T-slots Table).

Made in round, square and rectangular versions they resolve problems related to the height of the machine tool’s existing work surface and are used for various other purposes.

Shoulders - Cubes for machining centres

Made from G30 pearlitic cast iron with hardness values of between 190 and 220 HB. All machining in relation to flatness is performed in accordance with DIN 876. They are supplied smooth, drilled, threaded or with T-slots. Available in a solid or hollow version (See IMG 4).

Towers for machining centres
